"Solutio" in Latin means solution. Thus, the proposal of Solutio IP and its team, since its foundation in 2009, is to solve with excellence all technical problems related to the field of Patents of Invention. As we have experience in assisting in Drafting of Patent Applications, analysis of technical opinions of the Brazilian PTO (INPI) and defense of the rights of granted patents (enforcement) in the judicial expertise, we know how to feed each step of the process aiming at the best Management of the company's Patents portfolio in an integrated way.

Solutio was founded and continues to be managed by Eng. André Korottchenko de Oliveira, MSc, a former patent examiner of the INPI and national speaker in Patents/Patent Management from 2008 onwards. Eng. André is the author/co-author of several articles published in the largest newspapers in Brazil in the area of Patents (O Globo, Folha de São Paulo, Valor Econômico, etc.) and has extensive experience in the analysis of INPI’s opinions (non-final and final rejections). He also acts as judicial expert.
